Founder & Owner
Raquel Ayala Hernandez
From a young age, Raquel developed a passion for home renovation while assisting her father with remodeling projects. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
​
Raquel founded QB in 2016, combining her financial expertise with hands-on experience in residential remodeling. Her unique background allows her to approach each project with ensuring every development is managed with precision, efficiency, and long-term value.

She is directly involved in the selection and oversight of subcontractors. All subcontractors are thoroughly vetted based on experience, licensing, workmanship, and proven accountability before being brought onto any project.
Construction Foreman
Daniel Rueda
Daniel brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a core specialty in electrical work across industrial, commercial, and residential projects. His background includes everything from ground-up new construction to remodels and expansions, giving him a comprehensive understanding of diverse project needs.

In addition to his electrical expertise, Daniel is skilled in a wide range of trades, including tile installation, flooring, countertops, drywall, cabinetry, doors and windows, interior and exterior painting, siding, and pier-and-beam foundation leveling.
As the Construction Foreman, Daniel ensures that each project is executed to the highest standards.
